How Prime Growth collects, uses and protects personal information, and the rights you have over it.

Who we are
Prime Growth is a digital agency providing branding, website and e-commerce design and development, search engine optimisation, digital marketing, video and motion, and AI assistants and automation. For the information described in this policy, Prime Growth is the data controller: we decide why and how it is used. We are based in the United Kingdom and handle personal information in line with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Information we collect
We collect only what we need to answer you and to run the work you have asked for.
Information you give us
- Your name, email address and phone number when you submit an enquiry form
- Your company name, the service you are interested in and any budget range you select
- Anything you write in the message field, including project details you choose to share
- Information exchanged while we work together: briefs, feedback, content, and accounts or logins you give us access to
Information collected automatically
- Your IP address, which our contact form records with each enquiry so we can rate-limit abuse
- Standard server request information such as the page you submitted from and the time of the request
- Aggregate analytics about how visitors move through the site, where analytics are enabled
We do not ask for special category data (such as health, religion or political opinions) and ask that you do not send it. We do not take payment card details through this website.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
Under the UK GDPR we must have a lawful basis for using personal information. Ours are:
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal. Our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and taking steps at your request before entering a contract.
- To deliver the work and manage the project. Performance of our contract with you.
- To keep the site and the form secure, including the per-IP limit on form submissions. Our legitimate interest in preventing abuse.
- To understand and improve the site through analytics. Your consent, where consent is required.
- To keep business and tax records. Compliance with our legal obligations.
We do not use your information to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects, and we do not sell it.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising cookies. It uses your browser’s local storage for small conveniences that never leave your device and are never sent to us: the display currency you choose on the pricing pages, interface preferences, and your cookie choice. You can clear these at any time through your browser settings.
Where website analytics are enabled, we use Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful and where visitors have trouble. Its cookies are set only after you choose Accept on the cookie banner, and you can withdraw that consent at any time, which deletes them.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing. We do share it, only as far as necessary, with:
- Our hosting and email provider, which stores this website and delivers enquiry emails to us
- Platforms we run work on for you, such as your website host, analytics or advertising accounts, where you have asked us to
- Professional advisers, such as accountants, where required
- Authorities or regulators, where the law requires disclosure
These providers act on our instructions under a written agreement, and may not use your information for their own purposes.
Where your information is held
Our hosting is provided within the European Economic Area. If any provider we use processes information outside the UK or EEA, we rely on safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or an adequacy decision.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become projects: up to 24 months, then deleted
- Project records and correspondence: for the life of the project and 6 years afterwards, to cover contractual and tax obligations
- Invoices and financial records: 6 years, as UK tax law requires
- Form rate-limiting records: a rolling window of a few hours, then discarded
- Analytics: in aggregate, which does not identify you individually
How we protect it
The site is served over HTTPS. Enquiry data is transmitted securely, access to our mailboxes and project accounts is restricted to the people doing the work, and we remove access to your systems once a project ends unless you ask us to keep it for ongoing support. No service can promise perfect security, but we take these measures seriously and will tell you without delay if a breach affects your information and is likely to be a risk to you.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you, and get a copy
- Have inaccurate information corrected
- Ask us to delete information, where there is no overriding reason to keep it
- Ask us to restrict how we use it while a concern is resolved
- Receive information you gave us in a portable format, or have it sent to another provider
- Object to use based on legitimate interests, including any direct marketing
- Withdraw consent at any time, where we relied on consent

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk, but we would rather you came to us first so we can put it right.
Children
Our services are for businesses. This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information about anyone under 16. If you believe we have, please tell us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information we will update this page and the date at the top. Where a change materially affects you, we will tell you directly.
Our commercial terms
Pricing, payment and instalments, refunds and cancellations, timelines and ownership of the work are commercial terms rather than privacy matters, so they live in our Terms of Service.
